Recent History:
Sat & Sun - Apr 11-12: Symptoms appeared, pain, nausea etc. Did not tell anyone.
Mon - Apr 13 - Went to Market Mall clinic on his own. Dr. Sang. sent to emerg via ambulance.
Tue - Apr 14 - released @ 5 am, Amox-Clav antibiotics, on his own, suspect he ate inappropriate foods too soon. Lost bubble pack so Nordon gave 5 packs 1 week early to stay on schedule.
Wed Apr 15 - not doing well. to Trumpy's house.
Thur - Apr 16 - Getting worse. took to Stonebridge medi clinic - Emerg had recommended (nobody knew) RestoraLax so started that. Stepped back diet to clear liquids etc. Pain down to 7sh. Lots of anxiety. Dr. said no to strong pain meds & more anti-depresants.
Fri Apr 17 - mostly liquid diet. doing good.
Sat Apr 18 - Doing good - back home.
Mon - Apr 20 - Dr. Hui - West Winds - Pain at 5. Has referal to surgeon to scope. Start vitamin D, Clear Lax OK. Reflux - ordered 2 weeks of extra dose of pantoprazole to help with reflux (decided not to start this until vomiting etc levels off and diet back to near normal) . Blood pressure looked good so no change in meds.
Wed - Apr 22 - started lots of vomiting & headache. Night continued = turned into "worst night ever"
Thu Apr 23 - Back to emerg. CT scan etc. Released with 10 days of antibiotics. 2 bags IV hydrate. To Trumpys.
Sat 25th - more nausea & vomiting - suspect we got him on non-bland foods too quickly and too much (sweet potatoe soup, eggs). Backed off to liquids. Symptoms cleared. Epson bath to calm nerves.
Sun 26th - better. No vomiting. Some cannabis for nausea & nerves (small amount I think) Went for walk.
Mon & Tue 27&28 - same, still uncomfortable but doing better.
May 1 - Fri - West Winds - Hiu - 3:15 - Diverticulosis follow up + reflux pills

Encourage good eating.
Help to declutter & organize: Clear surfaces, put stuff away, maybe do some cleaning, etc.
Go through phone messages & texts with Mike. Inform Maryanne of medical related messages.
Check mail & internal mail (slots in recreation room)

He is to go to ER and stay till assessed.
Tell them that Mike's doctor has advised that when Mike has these symptoms, it should be treated as a possible stroke.
Medications:

For nausea: Can continue with Gravol. Either suppository or pill (no more than 3 per Day)
For headache: Tylenol in bubble pack plus can take 2 extra strength in between. Advil - 2 tabs no more than twice a day
Nutrition:
2.5 L of water per day - can be salty.
